What's Ahead for Week 7?

Welcome to Week 7!

Last week in Prep we presented our Class Vision Statement to the school at Assembly. We Promise to hold onto the values of Resilience, Unity, Contemplation, Respect and Service as we blossom in Prep Maroon. The boys and girls did a FANTASTIC job at creating their vision statement. A picture of our vision statement is on our twitter page if you would like to have a look.

I have started to test Popcorn Words this week and WOW! It is great to see how many students have been practising their words every night. We are really enjoying our guided reading sessions and it makes it even more exciting when we can recognise our popcorn words in the text. Thank you for your ongoing help with these.

On Friday we will be having a Peppa Pig Popcorn Party as we are learning the letter Pp. There is no need to bring anything, I will supply the popcorn.
